Molecular formula: H3PO3, white crystals, with strong hygroscopicity and deliquescent, soluble in water and alcohol, with strong reducing, slowly oxidized to phosphoric acid in the air.
It is used for synthetic fiber and phosphite,and can also be used as a raw material of stabilizers for plastics.
