Preliminary screening
After the Company receives the resumes of applicants, it will conduct a preliminary screening within 5-7 working days.
Interview and written examination
After preliminary screening of resumes, we will inform the candidates, design interview links and methods, verify the authenticity of the information provided in the resumes, and further understand intuitively, including: Appearance and speech, personality and ambitions, etc., so as to compare with the job requirements and measure the fitness, and we will try to find the competent through written examination, structuralization and scenario simulation.
Recruitment
Only those who have passed the written test, interview, and physical examination can be hired, go through the entry-related procedures, receive pre-job training, on-the-job operating procedures and practical operation training. After the assessment is passed, the trial period is 6 months, and the trial period expires. Can be converted.
Physical examination
For those who comply with the recruitment conditions (employees in part of positions), we will arrange them to receive physical examination in designated hospitals, and those failed in the examination will bear the costs for physical examination and relevant expenses.
