It conducted a share-holding reform in August 2020, and completed the restructuring on August 28, 2020, creating Hunan Haohua Chemical Co., Ltd. Taking advantage of the opportunity of the overall relocation of the densely populated old industrial zone the country, Hunan Haohua moved to Youxian High-tech Industrial Development Zone - a professional chemical industrial zone in Hunan Province. It is a major province-strengthening project in Hunan Province and a key high-tech enterprise at provincial level. Hunan Haohua’s main businesses are bionic pesticide products of nereistoxin series, which is dominated by cartap and monosultap, and chemical raw materials such as "phosphorous acid for industrial use" and "cloquitocet-mexyl for industrial use". The Company continuously meets people's demand of production and living with its high-quality products and services, through implementing a brand internationalization strategy, and it also exports products to Southeast Asia, mainly including Japan, Pakistan and India. It is a manufacturer of nereistoxin series products with the larger scale in China, and possesses the core competitiveness.
