R&D platform

　　Hunan Haohua Technology Center has insisted on technical exchanges and cooperation with colleges and universities as well as scientific research institutions in the province for many years, and insisted on the principle of industry-university-research combination, to apply the cooperation and R&D results onto the production line, so as to continuously improve, optimize and perfect the production process, improve the product yield, reduce the production cost, and improve product quality, which has greatly improved the competitiveness of the Company's products both at home and abroad. Especially in the product quality research, the Company has participated in the research project of the "key technology development of clean production of high-efficiency low-toxicity low-residue pesticide varieties and intermediates" of the National Science and Technology Support Plan of the 12th Five-Year Plan. The Company undertook the subject research of clean production technology of cartap, and passed the acceptance of the nation. Through cooperation with the strategic partner Sumitomo in Japan, we successfully developed a production technology that effectively prevents the decomposition of cartap products, creating a solid foundation for the Company's products to be exported to Southeast Asia, South America, Africa and other overseas markets.

　　The Company obtained the title of Enterprise Technology Center in Hunan Province in December 2019. Hunan Haohua has a production history for agrochemical products of fifty years. It possesses a highly qualified staff team and a talent team of reasonable knowledge structure. The Company has 387 employees, including 42 professional technicians at high, intermediate and preliminary levels, of which there're 20 professional technicians of high and intermediate titles of the engineering type.

　　The Company established its Technology R&D Center in 2010, and now has more than 600 square meters of R&D laboratories and 1 pilot-scale production line. It has invested more than RMB 10 million in the R&D and test platform construction. It makes full use of the existing advanced equipment used in R&D, and concentrates the Company's scientific and technological backbone to overcome key technical problems. It takes the initiative to contact major professional colleges and universities, as well as scientific research institutions, and have successively carried out industry-university-research strategic cooperation with many scientific research institutions, focusing on the key technology of clean production of cartap. In recent years, the Company has continuously increased the scientific research investment and the construction of scientific research organization system. The technological innovation, and technical improvement have made outstanding contributions, and the achievements of technological transformation have produced economic, environmental and social benefits of a certain scale.

　　In order to achieve the goal of "market-oriented, accelerating technological innovation, and enhancing the enterprise's core competitiveness", the Enterprise Technology Center has established a flat organizational structure under the direct leadership of the Company’s General Manager to build a technology innovation system that is compatible with the market economy.
