On the afternoon of July 21, 2019, accompanied by Kang Yuelin, Secretary of the County Party Committee, Su Tao, Deputy Secretary of the County Party Committee, and Su Tao, Secretary of the County Party Committee, Mao Tengfei, Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, Director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People’s Congress, and Yang Weiguo, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor Yang Weiguo, led a team to the location. The production base of Hunan Haohua Chemical Co., Ltd. in the county's high-tech zone carried out the second "study and discussion" activity in the 2019 industrial project construction year, and "reviewed" the first phase of the Hunan Haohua Chemical's overall green relocation project.

　　Hunan Haohua Chemical is a major project of enterprise shutdown, relocation and upgrading in Qingshuitang Old Industrial Zone. Invested and constructed by Hunan Haohua Chemical, it mainly produces products such as Shaxidan, Difangdan, Difangdian, and industrial phosphorous acid. The total investment of the project is 1.65 billion yuan, and the total land area is about 500 mu, which will be constructed in three phases.

　　At the Hunan Haohua chemical production base, Mao Tengfei, Yang Weiguo and his entourage had a detailed understanding of the project construction progress, product development, production and sales, and fully affirmed the achievements of the Hunan Haohua chemical project. Mao Tengfei said that the construction of the first phase of the Hunan Haohua Chemical Production Base is progressing fast and the trial production effect is good. Departments at all levels should further care and support the development of enterprises relocated and transferred from the Qingshuitang Old Industrial Zone, do a good job in environmental protection upgrades, market development articles, and help enterprises take root in Zhuzhou for transformation and development.
